"I like the transparency, I like the support that they provided, I like the coordinator." — Frank Sweet, South Florida
Frank Sweet and his wife have been through it before. They've bought and sold homes in South Florida for close to three decades, and as empty nesters ready for a new chapter, they knew exactly what they wanted — and what they didn't need.
A traditional buyer's agent wasn't part of the plan.
"I found Homa. I researched the company as I do, and liked what I saw," Frank says.
What drew him in wasn't just the savings — it was the model. Instead of paying for a full-service package they'd outgrown, Homa let them access the specific support they actually wanted: coordinating tours, reviewing their offer, help through closing. They stayed in control of the rest.
Frank compared it to services like LegalZoom. Pay for what you use. Skip what you don't.
He and his wife are currently under contract. The expected saving at closing: around $10,000, returned directly from the commission Homa saved by cutting out the traditional buyer's agent.
"It was exactly what we were looking for," he said.
